Current roasts

Whole bean by default, ground to your brewer on request. Roast dates on every bag.

Ridgeline House Blend

Our everyday cup: milk chocolate, toasted pecan, and a soft brown-sugar finish. Forgiving in a drip machine, sturdy enough for espresso.

Trailhead Dark

Roasted deeper for the folks who want it bold. Dark cocoa, molasses, and a clean smoky edge that stands up to cream.

Ethiopia Natural

Loud and fruity in the best way — blueberry, ripe apricot, and a floral lift. Best as a pour-over, black, no argument.

Panoramic landscape of Sonsón, Antioquia showcasing lush green fields under a cloudy sky.

Colombia Washed

Bright and tidy: red apple, caramel, and a syrupy body. The coffee we hand people who say they don't like light roasts.

Sumatra Wet-Hulled

Earthy, herbal, and thick, with cedar and dried fig. A cold-morning coffee that fills the room while it brews.

A relaxing cup of coffee on a balcony overlooking scenic mountains at dusk.

Decaf Switchback

Water-process decaf we actually drink ourselves. Cocoa, roasted almond, and a clean finish with nothing hollow about it.

Brew method face-off

The same coffee through a pour-over cone and an immersion brewer, so you can taste what your gear is doing before you buy more of it.
