Coffee roasted in the mountains, poured the same week
We're a small-batch roaster and cafe in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Every bag comes off our drum roaster in twelve-pound batches, gets tasted at our bar, and goes out while it's still singing.

Small batches, short shelf life, and a lot of tasting in between.
Twelve pounds at a time
Small batches let us chase the sweet spot on every lot instead of averaging it out. If a coffee needs a slower ramp or a longer rest, it gets one.
Roasted here, sold here
The roaster sits behind the bar. You can watch first crack happen, ask what's in the drum, and take home a bag that cooled that morning.
Tasted before it's sold
Nothing leaves the shop until it's been cupped at the tasting bar. If a roast doesn't earn its place, we pull it and try again.
Dated, not just labeled
Every bag carries its roast date on the front, because freshness is a fact, not a marketing word. Brew it within three weeks and you'll taste why.
A roastery on a ridge, built around a cupping table
Ridgeline Roasters started with one used drum roaster, a stack of sample bags, and a stubborn belief that a mountain town deserves coffee as good as any city's. We buy in small lots so we can pay attention to each one, and we roast in the same room where we serve, so the feedback loop is about four steps long. The tasting bar came next — a place for neighbors, weekenders, and hikers coming off the trail to slow down and figure out what they actually like in a cup.

Three ways to drink with us
Sit down, take it to go, or have it show up at your door.
The tasting bar
A five-seat bar where we pour flights side by side, talk through what you're tasting, and brew the same coffee two ways so you can hear the difference.
The cafe
Espresso, pour-over, cold brew, and honest drip. Milk drinks built to let the coffee through, plus a few pastries from local bakers while they last.
Subscription bags
Whole bean or ground, roasted to your schedule and shipped or held for pickup. Pick a single origin, our house blend, or let us choose the most interesting thing on the shelf.
